3. Scheduling
- Delivery and Installation: Upon confirmation of your order, we will schedule the delivery and installation of your Christmas tree.
- Takedown: Takedown services will be arranged post-holiday season as per the agreed schedule.
4. Decorations
Decorations are provided according to the selected package. The details and specifics of the decorations included in each package will be communicated at the time of order.
5. Payment Terms
- Full Payment: Full payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, which will be detailed on your invoice.
6. Liability
- Post-Installation: We are not liable for any damage caused by the tree or decorations after installation, except in cases of proven negligence by our staff.
- Negligence: If damage occurs due to proven negligence by our staff during delivery, installation, or takedown, we will address the issue as per our liability policies.
7. Cancellations
- Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation Fee: If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery, a fee will be applied. The amount of the fee will be communicated at the time of cancellation.
8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
